Our Mission
The specific purposes of PABSE include, but are not limited to:
•Forge a strong relationship between the parents, teachers and educational support staff, inclusive of the Superintendent and the School Board, for the purpose of improving student achievement
•Support and advocate for an environment that shares effective teaching methods with all persons involved in assisting students in the learning process, including parents
•Identify, recognize and assist persons who demonstrate outstanding leadership in improving student outcomes
•Provide scholarships and other incentives to deserving students who seek higher education and advanced training opportunities
•Involve the entire community in activities aimed at eliminating the educational achievement gap
•Advocate for professional development that is designed to increase equitable teaching and learning with the focus on closing the achievement gap
